Referral Credit Terms
Version 2026-08. These terms govern the standard LinkSplash user referral credit program. Tier 2 cash-commission partners are governed by the separate Partner Terms.
The credit
When a paid LinkSplash subscriber you refer signs up through your referral code or link and pays, you earn a recurring account credit equal to 20% of that subscriber's eligible subscription payments. Your total referral credit in any billing period is capped at the cost of your own LinkSplash subscription for that period. Credit applies automatically to your own LinkSplash bill.
Promotional credit only
Referral credit is a promotional discount, not money. It has no cash value, is never paid out in cash, is non-transferable, cannot be applied to another account, and cannot be exchanged, sold, or redeemed for anything other than a reduction of your own LinkSplash bill.
Forfeiture
Unused credit is forfeited when your account closes for any reason, when your paid subscription lapses (where an eligible paid subscription is required), or when the program ends. Credit stops accruing when the referred subscriber's subscription ends or becomes ineligible.
Anti-abuse
No self-referral: you may not refer yourself or accounts you own or control. One account per person. LinkSplash may void credit and remove referral access for self-referral, duplicate accounts, fraud, abuse, attribution manipulation, or any gaming of the program.
Program changes
LinkSplash may modify, pause, or end the referral credit program, or change rates, caps, and eligibility, as described in the Partner Terms. Earning cash commissions instead requires approval into the Tier 2 Partner Program, which is governed by the separate Partner Terms.
